The following reference sheets and tips have been independently written by staff members in HCL Technical Services and are not officially adopted as departmental procedures. The documents are being shared by the authors in case they can be of assistance to others. If you have questions about the appropriateness of a particular document for use in your unit, please contact your supervisor.
