Serials Services Report Form: Volumes from SSO

This report form should be used by HCL Technical Services staff to notify Widener Serials Services when volumes have been received on monograph orders that are also expected on Series Standing Orders. After supplying the required information, use the Submit Form button at the bottom to send your report.

Serials Services staff will check in the volume and try to amend the SSO to avert a duplicate. Please do not send the book to Serials Services.
