Cataloging Stacks Request Form    (for Work-Related Problem Solving Only)

This form may be used by HCL Technical Services staff only to request materials from the Cataloging Stacks for work-related problem solving. Please do not come to the Cataloging Stacks expecting to locate materials on your own. After the implementation of the Inventory Management system in the Cataloging Stacks, it is impossible to locate materials without assistance from Materials Management staff.
