James A. Rubin Collection of South Indian Classical Music
Description and link to finding aid for this large archival collection of field notes, programs and recordings. The Archive of World Music also contains many commercial recordings of Indian music, easily located in Hollis. The Rubin collection contains more than 2,000 hours of recordings, features some of the finest musicians of the 20th century.
