The Fine Arts Library’s Media Collection consists of approximately 1,400 CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes with art-related content. To view these materials, please inquire at the FAL Circulation Desk with the call number listed in the HOLLIS record (e.g., DVD 269 or CD 490), so that the item can be paged for use in the library. There is a dedicated viewing station in the FAL Reading Room, which is equipped with a monitor, headphones, DVD/VHS player, and BluRay player. Additional sets of headphones are also available if you would like to play media on your own laptop.

Please contact FAL Access Services for assistance with the Media Collection.

Additional media content is available online via streaming services provided by the libraries, including Electronic Arts Intermix (EAI) Educational Streaming, Kanopy, and Alexander Street Video.

Note: The Media Collection was previously housed in the Digital Images and Slides Collection in the Sackler building, and was moved to the Fine Arts Library at Littauer in April 2017.
