About The Fund

The gift of Oivind A.B. 1972, M.B.A. 1975 and Darrell Lorentzen to establish an endowed book fund in the Harvard College Library in honor of his 30th reunion. The income of the Lorentzen Family Book Fund for Brazilian Studies is to be used with the preference for the acquisition and preservation of books and other library materials, or for access to information resources pertaining to the history, culture, and people of Brazil, in support of teaching and research. The fund will be used at the discretion of the Harvard College Librarian.
