Julian Palmer Welsh Memorial Fund 1986 Established with contributions in memory of Julian Palmer Welsh, Class of 1897. The income of the fund is to be spent in buying for the Harvard College Library books in English and American literature, two subjects in which Mr. Welsh was much interested.
