The gift of Mrs. Charles Warren to be used as a memorial to my husband, Charles Warren, Class of 1889, and to establish a book bund on United States history in the Harvard Library. I hereby authorize the Librarian, in his discretion, to spend unexpended balances, preferably in related fields.
