Ret-Ser Engineering Agency Book Fund 1986 The gift of the Ret-Ser Engineering Agency to establish a book fund in the Harvard-Yenching Library to be used for the purchase of materials published in the Republic of China and, if necessary, for the processing of such materials for use.
