The gift of Frederick G. Kilgour A.B. 1935, G.S.A. 1942 to establish a long-term collection development policy, by acquisitions and related activities. The fund should meet new needs and challenges by acquiring materials in new formats, including databases; materials for new courses and for research in new fields, and for books for innovative purposes; and by supporting the development and use of new technologies.
