Ellis Loring Dresel Memorial Fund 1986 Established by his friends, to be held as a permanent fund, under the name of the Ellis Loring Dresel Memorial Fund without further restriction, but with the hope that the income may be used for promoting the study of diplomacy and international relations in recognition of his tireless and distinguished service to his country in this field of endeavor.
