About The Fund

The gift of John K. Castle M.B.A. 1965 to establish the John K. Castle Endowment in the Harvard College Library. The purpose of this fund is to support collection development—one of the Library's primary functions that is critical to the advancement of knowledge and teaching at Harvard College and Harvard University. It is the donor's intention that the fund's income be used at the discretion of the Librarian of Harvard College for the acquisition of books, materials, journals and information in other formats related to philosophy, ethics, and economics.
