The Herbert and Judith Seltzer Book Fund for Judaica 1979 The gift of Herbert A. Seltzer, Class of 1928, A.M. 1929 and Judith Thurman Seltzer, Class of 1933, to establish a Judaica book fund in the Harvard College Library, a permanent endowment fund, the income of which is to be used in perpetuity for the acquisition of Judaica publications.
